It all started when I was young, sitting on my dad’s knee at the kitchen table drawing and painting. I loved to read comics, from Calvin and Hobbs to Spiderman, always trying to copy them and creating my own.

Growing up I spent most of my youth in the outdoors, usually fishing with my brothers at our local creek in Oakville. As I got older my interests changed from art and I found myself wanting to be a Marine Biologist, but life took a different turn and I finally listened to what everyone always told me. I left Sheridan College with a couple of years of Animation under my belt and graduating from the Illustration program.

Years later, almost twenty of them in the graphic design field, I got married to the love of my life Jill. We soon started a family. After our first son Kristopher was born, my love for painting soon came flooding back when I painted his nursery in an all over field of tall grass and blue sky.  It definitely was not your typical nursery, but rather a one of a kind piece of art fit for our little prince. Our kingdom grew with the addition of another prince, Benjamin and little princess Samantha. Our life is busy, but full of joy and endless entertainment.

My family life changed and so did my career. I all of a sudden found myself with more time on my hands. Thus I decided to become my own boss so I could spend more time with our children, paint for other little princes and princesses and continue to hone my craft in the art field. With my family behind me, I have tons of inspiration and endless material to work with.
